Generally, ethics is concerned with important ?do the right thing?, but the moral standards differ between individuals based on their education, traditions, religion, social and economic situations and so on. Therefore, the first state of the ?moral? issue is a simple way and then try to examine the reactions to an acceptable decision can be done with minimal damage / loss. Thus, the ?Pareto optimality? is related to the net balance of benefits over harm for society as a whole.
Important economic theory is concerned with the efficient use of resources to meet the desires of consumers and maximize profit and satisfaction. Thus, the Pareto optimality is the point where it is impossible to make the individual better off without harming another individual. Although most men of believe that business profits and cash flow are very important and that was a step towards recognition of the company.
Today, most business schools emphasize the philosophy rather than practical aspect of ethics. So we need a practical approach to solving ethical problems. The ethical leadership simply calls to morality, fairness, compassion, sharing, no false promises or requests unreasonable to others. Thus, the ?ethical leadership? is called as an oxymoron.
So the ?ethics? is a part of all management courses. Thus, the gray areas according to different points of view includes both the areas of ?black? and ?white.? Generally, there are more ethical than the development and implementation of codes of conduct for others to observe. Leaders should lead as an example and refrain from adopting an approach that is in conflict with ethical interests. Therefore, leaders must respect and take care of all the players, owners, employees, customers, suppliers, community, etc..
Business ethics is concerned with the face of dilemmas that have not a clear indication of right or wrong. Second, the potential conflict of interest, misuse of resources, mismanagement of contracts, false promises and exaggerated claims on resources including staff. In fact, it is possible to improve any type of problem an ethical point of view.
In general, when we mature into adulthood, to develop an ego and try to use our communication skills to justify our behavior, while focusing on our objectives. Thus, the approach based on ego, selfishness innate and influences of the friend and the environment is part of the gray areas.
This communication ethics and encourage open discussion easily link individuals who are willing to be ethical and promotes also teamwork built on a good spirit. Thus, emotionally intelligent people are often more ethical than others.
