JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli far-right leader Avigdor Lieberman was charged on Sunday with fraud and breach of trust, allegations that prompted his resignation as foreign minister two weeks ago, justice officials said.
Lieberman, who has denied the accusations, remains head of the Yisrael Beitenu party that has formed a coalition with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's right-wing Likud party ahead of a January 22 parliamentary election.
Israeli justice officials said Lieberman was indicted on charges relating to the promotion of an Israeli diplomat who had illegally given him information about a police investigation against him.
Under Israeli law, conviction on the fraud and breach of trust charges could disqualify Lieberman from holding a cabinet post in the next government.
Lieberman, who lives in a Jewish settlement in the occupied West Bank, has stoked controversy by questioning the loyalties of Israel's 1.5 million Arab citizens.
His comments have drawn accusations of racism but have also given him a large electoral following beyond his Russian-speaking base.
Earlier this month, he angered the European Union by saying it had not sufficiently condemned calls by Hamas Islamists for Israel's destruction, likening this to Europe's failure to stop Nazi genocide against Jews during World War Two.
The European Union foreign policy chief called the comments offensive and reiterated the bloc's commitment to Israel's security.
Born in Moldova, Lieberman emigrated to Israel in 1978. He became administrative head of the Likud party in 1993 and ran the prime minister's office from 1996 to 1997 during Netanyahu's first term. He left and formed Yisrael Beitenu in 1999.
Lieberman is the latest in a string of Israeli politicians to face corruption charges in recent years. Former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert resigned in 2008 after being indicted, though he has since been acquitted of most of the charges against him.

Will this year be different from the previous year?
Maybe it will and maybe it won?t. To a great extent, this depends on you. It depends on how you think and what you do.
Your external life is shaped by your thoughts and by your attitude. The movies, and the images you keep playing in your mind, to a large extent, shape your life, your circumstances, and the situations you go through.
Everyone plays movies in their mind. Often, these are the same movies and images repeated every day, and they are either about your current circumstances, or about problems or ?negative expectations?.
If you don?t change the movie and images, and keep looking at them, nothing will never change. The same kind of life will keep repeating itself. You have to change the movies in your head, in order that your life changes.
Do you make New Year resolutions, only to quit them after a week or two?
By making New Year resolutions you start playing a new movie. However, after a week or two, you remove the new CD from the player in your mind, and insert again the old CD, about the same life you had until now. Then, nothing changes, and your life will repeat itself more or less the same the next year, and then the year after.
This year can be different from all the previous years. It can better, happier, and more satisfying, but this depends on you. It depends on you playing a new movie in your mind.
First, ask yourself whether you want a change. Maybe you like your life as it is, and you don?t want to change it.
If you want this year to be different, you need to do some inner work.
You need to start thinking and acting in a different way. Remember, change starts from within you. External circumstances follow them.
Make a list of the things you want to change.
Look at the list, read each item, and ask yourself whether you really want it on the list. Ask yourself whether it is really a good change. Cross out the items that you do not really want, or which are not worth the effort.
Read the list again, and make your priorities. Rewrite the list according to your priorities.
Look again at the list, and break down each goal, and these are your goals, into smaller goals ? smaller steps that are easier to deal with.
Now it is the time to start making the changes. Find out which of the goals are within immediate reach and do not require too much effort, and immediately set on accomplishing them.
Often, there are things which are within immediate reach, but for some reason we postpone doing them.
The next step, which is a very important step, is to start playing a new movie in your mind. You are the screenwriter, the producer, the director, and the main actor. This is called creative visualization, and is one of the major keys to success.
Visualization is the projection machine of your mind. It is where everything starts. If you keep the same mental images in your mind, of negativity or failure, or just thinking about your life as it is, nothing would change.
Start seeing new images in your mind, of the life you want, not the life you are living now.
It is like putting a new CD in your player, or going out of the cinema house, where always are, and going to a different cinema house, where they play a different, and better movie.
Creative visualization is playing your mind a movie of the events, things and situations you want. If you focus on them, rejecting contrary mental images and movies, eventually, this movie will be actualized. Your external life would be like the movie you are playing in your mind.
Creative visualization, which lately has been popularized as the law of attraction, is your tool for making this year different from the previous year, and by different, I mean better.
Yes, it is imagination, but imagination is the seed, from which things start.
To make your imagination work for you, certain steps have to be followed.
Define your goal.
Think, meditate and listen to your intuition to ascertain that you really desire to attain this goal.
Ascertain that only good will result from your visualization, for you and for others.
Click here for the complete list of steps.
It is not possible to talk about all the steps in a short article like this. I have written on how to change the movie in your mind in many of my articles, and especially focused on this point in one of my books.
Your thoughts and what you visualize determine whether you fail or achieve success.
Full guidance for creative visualization and the law of attraction.

Flying or driving? Many years ago, we spent three days in Washington, D. C. en route to Boston and Maine (family in both of last two places). This was in the good old days when in-laws had a lake cottage in Maine. Our vacations would last 5-6 weeks total. Miss those days. ANYway, from central Arkansas, we made that trip in probably 8 days up (including D.C.) and 4 days back, just counting the driving days. Another year we incorporated a trip through a little part of Canada, as well as Niagara Falls. Great trips, both of them. I hope you can make it happen. btw, our eldest lives in Portland, ME. Quite often, he and his gf take the train to Boston, spend a couple days, and head back to ME. They think that is fun.

Depends on how much time you want to spend in each place, I guess. For all that is in it, Boston proper is a fairly small place. You could walk it in an afternoon. "Maine" is pretty vague. Without a more focused idea of what you have in mind, it is hard to comment. DC is huge, painfully urban, IMO well described by JFK's famous line ("a city of northern charm and southern efficiency"), and has a truly enormous amount of stuff to see. You could easily spend half or more of your time there and not really see everything.

I just did a quick look at the mileage. Wash DC > Boston > Bar Harbor > Niagra Falls is almost 1500 miles so you'll have about 30 hours of driving just getting from place to place. Here is a rough itinerary that might work. Not sure where you are coming from but here it goes. 1 day getting to DC That's 12 days of pretty intense sight-seeing and traveling. It's doable and you'll have lots of highlights and memories but you'll still miss a lot. Look at it this way...you'll have lots to see on your next trip to these areas.

No, don't do both (especially starting from the Milwaukee area). My suggestions are to first do the Capitol government (is there still an FBI tour? Your son might love that) and museums, Monticello, Mount Vernon, Williamsburg stuff for one trip, before high school. Then the next summer or so, do the New England American Revolution sites (Boston, Concord) and American literature (Hawthorne, Thoreau, Dickinson, and Maine's Steven King) and seashores of the Cape and Maine beaches, and swing home through Niagara Falls. And see Fenway Park of course. Better yet, separately take your DW alone to the Falls and then Montreal for some smoochie smoochie romance.

I agree that New England, Washington DC, and Western NY (Niagra Falls) are three different vacations. By the same token, you can accomplish the equivalent of two vacations in 12 days. But not three vacations. While you can walk around Boston in a day, that's all you'll be able to do in that day, i.e., walk around Boston. In essence, you can visit the Freedom Trail in a day, enjoying stops along the way such as Faneuil Hall, and perhaps do a duck tour... maybe. But you'll need a lot more time to "visit Boston". If you tried to do it all in a day, you won't be able to fit in a game at Fenway (which might be a very attractive part of a vacation in Boston for some), and you surely won't be able to visit Salem (3/4 day, between the maritime museum and all the Witch trial historical stuff, not to mention the Peabody-Essex Museum if your son is inclined toward historical art and culture in any way). You can spend most of a full day in either Old Sturbridge Village or Plymouth Plantation (though I would recommending doing both in the same trip, since they "cover the same bases"). You may also want to consider fitting in a whale watching tour while you're here. Then there's Minuteman National Historical Park, which actually meanders in sections from the Lexington Common ("the shot heard 'round the world"), through the Old Battle Road that winds through Lincoln MA ("The redcoats are Coming!"), complete with restored colonial homes with scheduled and self-guided tours, to Concord and the Old North Bridge. And despite living here for so many years, I only just realized that beyond the Old North Bridge is The Old Manse! (Ralph Waldo Emerson and Nathaniel Hawthorne both called the Manse home for a time.) And then there's Maine. There are lots of options for spending a day in Maine, though I don't really associate Maine with someplace I'd take a 13 year old to, necessarily. I think there's more than enough to full a full week just within Eastern Massachusetts itself. And if you think it is difficult to fit "Visiting Boston" into just one week (and after reading what I wrote above, if I did a good job, then you should think it would be difficult to do so), "Visiting Washington DC" in just one week would be even more difficult. The Capitol; the White House; the Washington Memorial; the Jefferson Memorial; the Viet Nam War Memorial; the Roosevelt Memorial; the King Memorial; Arlington National; the Smithsonian itself, and its associated museums - History and Technology (name has changed, but I don't remember what they're calling it now); Air and Space; Frick (art). Then: The National Archives; the Bureau of Engraving and Printing; the Holocaust Museum; Ford's Theater; Kennedy Center. And that's just right off the very top of my head. As I sit typing this sentence a dozen others just popped into my head. And I've never lived there ... that just from my own personal visits to the place, over the years. I'd type some more in, but I've got to get ready for church.

Many times when people look at an auto insurance policy, they see a lot of complicated terms that they might not know, and the wording can be very complex. It can be rather easy to become confused. This article will help guide you through the complicated language of your insurance agent. Understanding what the insurance agents are saying is imperative if you want to make intelligent policy purchasing decisions.
Carefully fill out the auto insurance application form, listing all of you car?s safety features to qualify for the lowest rate. Items that can prevent injury and theft, such as alarms and airbags, can qualify you for discounts on you car insurance. Consider installing additional safety features to an older automobile.
There should be a ratio of ?consumer compliance? for the major agencies in your state. This is a percentage of claims that the agency agrees to fulfill.
TIP! Your car insurance will be cheaper if you have a good driving record. A car accident will quickly increase your insurance premium.
It is important to obtain an insurance policy that protects you against uninsured drivers. Consider the fact that it does increase your premium. This type will protect you in case an insured drivers hits you.
Another way to reduce the cost of your auto insurance is to increase your deductible. Insurance companies work on the theory that the higher the deductible you have, the less likely you are to make a claim for anything under that figure. But if you go this route, do remember that if you ever need to make a claim you have to be in a position to pay out the deductible amount.
Each insurance company follows its own set of procedures. If you?re not satisfied with the quote you?ve been given, shop around and see what prices competitors are offering.
TIP! If you are ever in a car accident and need to file a claim, you should make it a point to thoroughly document everything related to the incident. You can use a cell phone to take pictures of the location and damage of a crash.
Check what discounts offered by your insurance provider might apply to you. Most insurance companies can give low mileage discounts if you put 7,500 miles or less on your car each year. If you can further reduce your yearly mileage by taking a bus to and from work, you can get even lower premiums. If public transit is not an option, consider forming a carpool with like-minded drivers in your area.
Your auto insurance rates are partially based on the type of area in which you reside, so you may want to keep this in mind if you intend to relocate. A geographical factor that determines the cost of your insurance is crime rate.
Cheap insurance, though attractive, is not always the best choice depending on your needs. The insurance may not cover everything you need. Research the company first and examine the policy closely for any hidden details, before purchasing a policy.
TIP! If you can afford it, pay your insurance bill once a year rather than every month. You could be paying significantly more if you choose to pay for your insurance monthly.
Never cancel your existing policy without first getting coverage in effect with another company. Avoid being uninsured for any period of time, since an accident can happen anytime.
Comb through your policy for errors. Inaccurate info could result in denied claims or higher premiums. Do they have your address right? What is the model, make, and year of your vehicle? Premiums include the cost of your annual mileage, so be sure your policy reflects how much you drive.
If you are over the age of 55 and have retaken your driving tests, you may be eligible for a discount on your insurance. Getting 10% or more off your insurance premium isn?t half bad.
TIP! If you increase your deductibles, you can save money. This move may be risky as you will have to pay more in the event of an accident, but your monthly insurance rates will be cheaper.
When you are considering accessories for your car, be sure to consult your insurance agent in regards to how these accessories will affect your coverage. Expensive additions to your vehicle will increase your personal value for the car, yet may not increase the appraised value much, if at all.
Unless the claim?s value exceeds 25,000 dollars, you should not consider hiring an attorney to file a suit. Instead, try to reach a settlement by using the claims adjuster. Hiring a lawyer will cost a great deal of money and is usually not worth the trouble.
Be sure to shop around prior to buying an insurance policy. Different companies use different formulas to determine your premium. You will find the policy that is most affordable and best suited to you by checking into policies from several different companies.
TIP! You do not have to switch cars to keep the premiums low. You will pay less if there is only one driver associated with each car.
Hopefully, you understand many of the most common insurance terms, and you?ll be able to find an auto insurance policy that best suits your situation. Understanding your insurance options is the only way to choose the right one.

THE honeymoon period for Aurora customers is to come to an end, with electricity disconnections set to more than double in Tasmania in the next 12 months.
Aurora had given Tasmanian customers a four-month amnesty on disconnections as they rolled out a new billing system in the last half of this year.
However, the company has warned it will soon be operating like energy companies in other states, which have been disconnecting customers at a growing rate.
In Victoria, 24,000 households had their power cut off in the past year -- a 33 per cent increase from 2011. Disconnections in South Australia have grown by 38 per cent, Queensland 20 per cent, and New South Wales 25 per cent.
Aurora spokesman Richard Wilson said the company expected 2000 disconnections next year -- double the average of 1000 disconnections a year for the past two years.
Only 226 Aurora customers lost their power in 2011-12 because of the four-month amnesty on disconnections to allow a new billing system to be installed, Mr Wilson said.
Disconnections dropped from 998 in 2010-11 to 226 in 2011-12. Of these, 178 were residential customers and 11 were businesses.
Mr Wilson said making regular payments through a payment plan was the best way to avoid a disconnection.
"Disconnections are the worst outcome for everyone but especially for the customer," he said. "It affects their credit rating and they lose their electricity supply."
Mr Wilson said the company had arranged 2490 payment plans in the last quarter.
The increased disconnections will come as a blow to the State Government, which is set to sell Aurora customers at the end of the year into a full retail contestable market.
Energy expert Frontier Economics director Danny Price told the Mercury in late October concerns about the credit ratings of Aurora customers and Aurora's market monopoly were scaring off energy retailers.
He said the sale of energy customers on the mainland had generated about $1000 to $1500 per customer but Aurora would be lucky to get $300 per customer.

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, left, speaks with his visiting Egypt counterpart Mohamed Amr as they meet on the Syrian crisis in Moscow on Dec. 28.
By Reuters
Russia urged the Syrian government on Friday to act on its stated readiness for dialogue with its opponents, throwing its weight behind a diplomatic push to end a 21-month-old conflict in Syria.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he had urged Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Makdad to emphasize his government's openness to dialogue with the opposition during talks in Moscow on Thursday.
"We actively encouraged ... the Syrian leadership to make as concrete as possible its declared readiness for dialogue with the opposition," Lavrov told reporters after talks with his Egyptian counterpart Mohamed Kamel Amr in Moscow.
"I think a realistic and detailed assessment of the situation inside Syria will prompt reasonable opposition members to seek ways to start a political dialogue," added Lavrov, who last week said that neither side would win by force.
Putin says fate of Assad unimportant to him
Russia expects to meet a senior U.S. diplomat on Syria next month to discuss with international Syria envoy Lakhdar Brahimi his plans to end the civil war there, the Kremlin's envoy to the region said earlier on Friday.
Brahimi will visit Moscow on Saturday for talks on the results of his negotiations with Syrian President Bashar Assad and his opponents during a five-day trip to Damascus in which he called for political change to end the bloodshed.
"We will listen to what Lakhdar Brahimi has to say about the situation in Syria, and after that, probably, there will be a decision to hold a new meeting of the 'three Bs'," Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov told the RIA news agency -- in a word play on the first letter of the diplomats' last names.
Bogdanov, U.S. Undersecretary of State William Burns and Brahimi, the joint special representative of the United Nations and the Arab League, agreed that a political solution to the crisis was necessary and possible in talks earlier this month.
Bogdanov, the Kremlin's special envoy for Middle East Affairs, said the three would meet again in January after the holidays.
Russia has also invited the head of the internationally-recognized, opposition Syrian National Council, Moaz al-Khatib, to talks, he said, in comments that appeared underline Moscow's commitment to helping Brahimi seek a way out of the crisis.
Brahimi, who has called for a transitional government to rule until elections, is trying to broker a peaceful transfer of power in Syria, where more than 44,000 people have been killed in a revolt against four decades of Assad family rule.
Past peace efforts have floundered as what began as peaceful protests in March 2011 turned into civil war. The conflict has become an increasingly sectarian struggle between mostly Sunni Muslim rebels and Assad's security forces, drawn primarily from his Shiite-rooted Alawite minority.
Assad forces accused of using 'poisonous gases'
World powers think Russia, which has given Assad military and diplomatic aid during the uprising, has the ear of Syria's government and must be a central player in any peace talks.
Moscow has tried to distance itself from Assad in recent months and has denied it is propping him up. But it maintains Assad's exit cannot be a precondition for talks and has repeatedly said Western powers should not impose solutions on Syria.
Lavrov warned on Thursday that time was running out to find a peaceful solution to the conflict and halt a descent into "bloody chaos".

WAILUKU - Mayor Alan Arakawa signed the Maui Island Plan on Friday, a week after the Maui County Council passed the guide for island planning by a 5-4 vote.
"We now have the framework which will allow us to move forward, striving as always to balance the many current and future needs of Maui and our people," Arakawa said, following the signing. "To all of those involved in the process, whether they saw eye to eye on every detail of the plan or not, your efforts are much appreciated."
Now, Community Plan Advisory Committees for the county's community plan regions will draft plans for their areas and, depending on the area, those will be reviewed by the Maui, Molokai or Lanai planning commissions.
After years of review, the Maui Island Plan was criticized in its final phases as being too pro-development by allowing too much land to be included in urban-growth boundaries. Critics also were concerned about provisions allowing the Olowalu Town development, which calls for building 1,500 homes on 600 acres both mauka and makai of Honoapiilani Highway. Project supporters were in favor of its affordable housing while opponents were concerned about the development's impact on the reef and other marine life offshore of Olowalu.
Council members voting in favor of the Maui Island Plan were Gladys Baisa, Bob Carroll, Don Couch, Joe Pontanilla and Mike White. Council Members Elle Cochran, Riki Hokama, Mike Victorino and Danny Mateo voted no.

ROME (AP) ? Italian Premier Mario Monti announced Friday he is heading a new campaign coalition made of up centrists, business leaders and pro-Vatican forces who back his "ethical" vision of politics, aiming for a second mandate in office if his fledging reform movement wins big in parliamentary elections.
After a four-hour huddle with his supporters, Monti ended weeks of speculation at home and abroad about whether the internationally respected economist, who was appointed to head a non-elected government a year ago, would seek a new term, this time given to him by the voters.
He told a hastily convened news conference that the Feb. 24-25 ballot list would carry the banner "Monti Agenda for Italy" or a similar slogan, even if the ballot wouldn't list him per se as a candidate. "A new political formation is born," declared Monti, who, as a senator-for-life doesn't have to run for a parliamentary seat.
"Italy must have an evolution in its politics," he said, Instead of the "traditional axis that consists of right and left" Monti contended that the real axis Italy needs is one "directed at Europe and at reforms to transform our country."
Monti was appointed premier 13 months ago after his scandal-plagued predecessor Silvio Berlusconi failed to stop Italy from sliding deeper into the eurozone debt crisis. He quit earlier this month after Berlusconi pulled his party's support from Monti's government, but is now continuing in a caretaker role until the next elections.
For weeks now there has been speculation about whether Monti would run for the job in February, but he has been unwilling to officially campaign as a candidate. But he could take on the premiership if asked to by whatever party or coalition wins ? including the grouping he announced Friday.
"I will watch over the creation of (parliamentary) candidate lists, and for now, I agree to carry out the role of coalition head, and I am working for the success of this operation," the 69-year-old said.
Monti along with his government of technocrats have taken credit for shoring up Italy's shaky finances by pushing through a tough austerity agenda of pension reform, new taxes and spending cuts. And Monti said he wants to "prolong and intensify the pace and extend the objectives of" his government.
Critics, however, say his reforms have stymied job creation and left Italy mired in recession.
His range of supporters is impressive. They include the president of Ferrari's Formula One racing team as well as figures in the highest Vatican echelons. Pope Benedict XVI on Christmas Day issued a call for noble values in politics that was read as a virtual endorsement for another Monti term.
But it remains to be seen if Monti's high-minded reformist alliance will garner enough backing to allow him to call the shots after the elections. Recent polls have shown that such a grouping, with Monti at the helm, would garner at most about 15 percent of the vote.
Opinion surveys show that the leading party, with about 30 percent, is the Democratic Left led by Pier Luigi Bersani, who was Monti's biggest backer in Parliament, including supporting him on pension reforms that sorely tested the left's traditional support from labor.
Berlusconi, meanwhile, hasn't said if he is running or not for a fourth term as premier. He faces legal and sexual scandals, yet still commands significant support.
After Monti's news conference, Bersani challenged the premier to clarify the new coalition's relationship with his party, the "first party. Do they see us as alternatives, competitors or are they open to an alliance?" Bersani said in a TV interview.
Reporters asked Monti if he thought he could return to the premier's office if the election results show his coalition ends up second. "Let's wait and see," was his reply.
Monti said that, thanks to his stewardship, "the financial emergency is over" in Italy but acknowledged that youth unemployment and lack of economic growth still plague the country. He said voters would have the chance in February to "legitimize" his economic and moral reform platform.

This booking photo provided by the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas, Nev,. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, shows 50-year-old Brenda Stokes. Police in Las Vegas have issued a plea for information about 10-year-old Jade Morris after she failed to return home Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, from a shopping trip with a woman who is thought to be Stokes. Stokes was arrested that night and accused of slashing the face of a female co-worker at the Bellagio resort on the Las Vegas Strip. LAS VEGAS (AP) ? Authorities said Friday they believe a casino worker killed a 10-year-girl several days before Christmas, then went to the Bellagio resort on the Las Vegas Strip and slashed the face of a co-worker with a pair of razor blades.
The weeklong search for Jade Morris ended Friday afternoon when officials confirmed that her body had been found Thursday in an undeveloped housing tract.
Police had been searching for her since Christmas Day. She died of multiple stab wounds, the Clark County coroner's office said.
Jade was last seen Dec. 21 with family friend Brenda Stokes Wilson, who picked her up to go Christmas shopping.
Wilson, 50, returned the car she had borrowed for the outing to a friend two hours later. Jade never came back. Investigators later found blood on the driver's door and steering wheel of the 2007 Saab sedan.
Later that night, Wilson was wrestled to the ground with razors in each hand after allegedly slashing the face of a female co-worker at the Bellagio casino.
A judge raised her bail to $60,000 from $600,000 Friday morning after she was identified as the prime suspect in the child's killing.
"It's no secret the defendant is the suspect in the murder of 10-year-old Jade Morris," prosecutor Robert Daskas told Senior Clark County District Court Judge Joseph Bonaventure at the hearing.
Later Friday, Las Vegas police homicide Capt. Chris Jones said investigators were still moving forward.
"As soon as we get all the evidence in that we need, we'll book her on the murder charges," he said.
Wilson has been jailed since the 21st on felony battery with a weapon, burglary and mayhem charges that could get her decades in prison.
Police said she offered no help in the search for the missing girl. Murder and kidnapping charges could get her life in prison without parole or the death penalty.
On Thursday, Las Vegas police responding to a 911 call found a girl's body in unkempt brush near palm trees in a small traffic circle about 10 miles from the downtown Las Vegas outlet mall where Stokes was to have taken the girl shopping.
On Friday evening, Jones called the slaying "unfathomable."
"Even having our jobs, we still can't wrap our heads around this," he said. "A lot of people think that just because of our positions we can understand it, but we can't."
In court Friday morning, Wilson stood flanked by eight police officers as her lawyer, Tony Liker, clutching a Bible and a copy of the charging documents, asked the judge to postpone arraignment until Wednesday to give him time to meet with Wilson.
Wilson, who had been identified by police and prosecutors as Brenda Stokes, told the judge Friday that her full name was Brenda Stokes Wilson.
Jade's father, Philip Morris, was removed from court Wednesday by armed court officers after shouting questions about his daughter's whereabouts to Wilson. He did not attend Friday's hearing.
The two dated for several years, and Jade had a long and trusting relationship with Wilson, according to the girl's grandfather, Philip Tucker.
Tucker said Philip Morris lived in Billings, Mont., and worked at a Flying J truck stop for more than a year. He would stay with Wilson when he visited Las Vegas, Tucker said.
Authorities have not disclosed a motive for the slaying. But Tucker said Wilson appeared to believe that the face-slashing victim had become romantically involved with Philip Morris.
Wilson picked up Jade up for their shopping expedition around 5 p.m. Later, she got a ride with a friend to the Bellagio. She allegedly attacked her co-worker, Joyce Rhone, at around 9:30 p.m.
Rhone, 44, was hospitalized with deep cuts on her face, including one from her ear to the edge of her mouth.
Wilson told investigators that she visited her doctor last week, seeking to be admitted to a hospital "due to feeling like she wanted to hurt someone."

Those spunky?Android tablets may have made big gains on Apple's flagship slate in recent months in terms of sales, but competitors still have a long way to go when it comes to actual usage. So says Chitika Insights, an ad and analytics firm that claims the iPad still accounts for a full 87 percent of all tablet Web traffic.
For every 100 iPad impressions Chitika receives, it only receives 14.75 impressions from all other tablets combined, VentureBeat reports.
As you can see in the chart below, the Kindle Fire family is far and away the second most popular tablet on Chitika's ad network, and it generates more than 20 times less traffic than the iPad, accounting for just 4.88 percent of all impressions. The vaunted Google Nexus tablets? Just 1.22 percent.
Early reports peg Microsoft's Surface tablet as the most-used Windows 8/RT device, but it only accounts for 0.22 percent of all tablet traffic by Chitika's count???just 0.04 points ahead of the defunct HP TouchPad's share. No wonder Microsoft has broadened the Surface's distribution.
Android tablets, on the other hand, have been on a hot streak of late. Google-powered tablets managed to knock the iPad's market share down to "just" 50.4 percent in the third quarter, which was the Apple tablet's smallest chunk since its launch.
One strong quarter is just the start of an uphill battle for Android, however. As Chitika's numbers show, years of utter dominance by the iPad have given it a substantial lead when it comes to actual usage. It will be interesting to see if the release of the iPad mini and fourth-gen iPad chew into Android's gains when the fourth-quarter sales numbers are released.

If you are not already marketing your business online, it is time to start. Although there are a few exceptions, just about every business can benefit from online marketing. There are just so many advantages to this type of marketing. First of all, it is extremely affordable to market your business online. Other advantages to marketing your business online include the ability to reach a large target audience, the ability to reach potential customers all over the world and the ability to customize the marketing for different sectors of the target audience.
The affordability of Internet marketing is one of many reasons why many business owners are turning to the Internet for advertising. Advertising online is incredibly affordable especially when you consider how many potential customers a business owner can reach with an online marketing campaign. Most methods of online advertising are quite affordable and some of them do not have any direct costs. For example, you may choose to market your business online by participating in industry forums and posting links to your website whenever it is appropriate to do so. In this case the cost of creating and maintaining the website is insignificant in comparison to the number of potential clients you could reach through online marketing. Additionally, the costs associated with posting links to your website are incidental. You could consider the cost of having access to the Internet as part of the cost but you most likely require Internet access for other reasons as well so it is completely worthwhile.
Reaching a large target audience is another very worthwhile reason for marketing your business online. You may have spent a great deal of time and energy doing market research and determine who your target audience is. You may have also spent a great deal of time trying to figure out the best way to reach this audience. This is a very sound marketing principle but as it applies to marketing on local television, radio and print media it only allows you to reach a limited audience. However, when you take your marketing to the Internet you automatically drastically increase your potential target audience because you now have the ability to reach members of your target audience around the world.
This ability to reach customers around the world is another major advantage to marketing your business online. Regardless of where you live and operate your business, you have the ability to reach those who have an interest in the products you sell or the services you provide no matter where they live. This makes it possible for you to do business with customers around the world.
Likewise the fact that the Internet is available 24 hours a day is also very beneficial to those who choose to market their products or services online. Shopping for products and services in person can be very difficult especially for individuals who work long hours or those who work unusual hours. These working conditions make it difficult for these individuals to do business and make purchases of products and services they need during regular business hours. However, business owners who have an online presence are much more convenient because unlike stores and calling centers, the website never closes. This convenience gives potential customers the ability to view products and services, compare these products and service to the ones offered by competitors and make a purchase at any hour of any day.
If you are a business owner who is reading this article and you do not already have a strong online presence, you need to immediately start learning more about the world of Internet marketing. This is so important because if your competitors are marketing online, you may find they are gaining a steady advantage and are becoming more appealing to potential customers. Before too many of your potential customers become loyal customers of the competition it is time to start figuring out how you can market your business online and keep up with the competition.
