The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the worlds largest nutrition school, is proud to announce that it will be hosting its first live Facebook chat with one of the schools most successful graduates and visiting teachers, Andrea Beaman, Class of 1998. On Tuesday, February 19 at 3pm Eastern Standard Time, participants will have the opportunity to ask Beaman health-related questions on topics such as healthy cooking, alternative healing, the macrobiotic diet, and thyroid disease.
An acclaimed natural food chef, author, and television host, Beaman is a leading expert in holistic health. After curing her own thyroid disease with nourishing foods, exercise, and natural therapies, Beaman made the decision to make nutrition and healing her profession, and enrolled in Integrative Nutritions Health Coach Training Program. She was a featured contestant on Bravos Top Chef, and is a food and health expert on CBS News. Beaman hosts Fed Up!, a cooking show that teaches people how to cook and improve their health.
