I got involved with these people while i was over in Kuwait/Iraq. I had a lot of credit card debt after a divorce and they assured me that they could help fix everything. At the time i had a 780 credit score and they told me that their program would not hurt my credit score. They started taking money out of my account at the rate of $1097 dollars per month. After a few months i called to check on the progress and found that they had not settled a single account. I waited a couple more months and still nothing. Itold them at that time to stop taking money out of my account and they refused. I called my bank and the bank said that i would have to be there in person to stop the withdrawals. Freedom debt relief took advantage of the fact that i was overseas and kept taking money out of my account. After taking over $18,000 dollars out of my account and only paying roughly $7000 dollars on accounts, I finally got back to the US and put a stop to their withdrawals. This leaves $11000 left that they refused to return. I would not deal with these people at all. I would advise other people to take their money and run as far away from this company as possible.
